Doors will be open at 7.00am on the day of the fair and your
stand will
need
to be completed by no later than 9.45am.

All
stock for the 'Marketplace' should be delivered as you wish it
to be
displayed and should be in the market place
zone by no later that 9.00am

Trolleys
will be placed in the 'Marketplace' in the order they arrive to
the
'Marketplace'

Stand
numbers will be indicated on the Layout Plan. This will be
available
online at least a week before the Fair and
will be e-mailed to all exhibitors.

Corners
of each stand will be marked out and the location clearly market
on
the floor.

Breakdown
of stand can take place anytime after 3.00pm and the hall
must be vacated by 5.00pm on the day of the
fair. (early breakdown is not
permitted)
